How do I return an item?
Follow these simple steps:
- Email Us.Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item. Please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
- Package your return. Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.
- Ship it to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expense. Ship your item using either DHL,UPS or FedEx with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the returned item.

- Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. You will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
